Martti is trained as a technician for the meat industry. Alongside his meat technician training, Martti obtained his grading licence in Kuopio in 1993. He worked as a full-time grader at the Atria Oyj production sites in Nurmo and Kauhajoki for about ten years. Later, he also completed a bachelor’s degree in business administration, as well as a degree in economics from a university of applied sciences. He now has 13 years of experience as an entrepreneur.  In early 2016, Martti entered the service of Foodwest Oy as the third grading supervisor.
