Sirkku’s broad understanding of the food sector is built upon on a wide range of work experience in quality control, product development and food safety at various companies. Responsible development and good-tasting food that follows the farm-to-table chain and keeps the consumer in mind are important. Standards and obstacles in development find pragmatic situations in projects with a clear goal. Collaborating with the easily approachable Sirkku is straightforward and smooth.

In her time off, Sirkku exercises in many ways, works in the garden and on the farm, studies, travels with friends to new destinations both near and far, is active in an international charity organisation and often enjoys just being at home with her family and a good meal.
